xperience created an interactive IT training course for one of Deloitte's new document management systems, for rollout across their UK offices. The 2 hour course was SCORM compliant to integrate with Deloitte's learning management system, and included assessments, video, animations and interactive elements.
NHS Scotland Sharepoint Training

NHS Scotland’s Athena project team asked xperience to create an interactive scenario based solution that will provide critical knowledge and skills on the Microsoft SharePoint solution. Over the last two years NHS Scotland has worked on establishing a position for Microsoft SharePoint within the organisation, and are at the position to start the rollout of the solution to all individuals.

xenon is a tool for creating and and delivering scenario based training. Scenario-based learning puts the student in a situation or context and exposes them to issues, challenges and dilemmas and asks them to apply knowledge and practice skills relevant to the situation.
GPASS Training - NHS Scotland

xperience were pleased to work on the GPASS (General Practice Administration System for Scotland) e-learning solution for the NHS Scotland. The NHS Scotland were keen to utilise the benefits e-learning can provide by creating an interactive scenario based solution. xperience developed the training using its Xenor IT Training product which provided NHS with a web delivered interactive e-Learning course which tracked users and their progress using assessments.
Deloitte NGC e-learning solution

Using basic games theory xperience turned around a highly interactive e-learning solution tutorial inside 7 weeks. Fully interactive using animations, simulating the phone and providing the learner with instructions on ‘how to use’ the system, this provided an effective time critical solution.
In addition the learner material was built to the SCORM standard and fully integrated within their Learning Management System.
