Omni Progress Tracker is a mind changing software product which is proving to have a massive effect on schools, pupils, teachers, parents and Ofsted.
Omni Progress Tracker (OPT) has been developed in house at Carr Manor high school in Leeds and commercialised by xperience. Tthe strength of this product is that is has been developed by people who work in schools every day of there working life’s not a software company that thinks it knows!
OPT gives a full breakdown of each individual child, their background and performance on a one page dashboard. And much more!! It is easy to implement and automatically draws down data from other systems, so relieves people time and stops key person dependency.
Our product is now full operational in Carr Manor, Prince Henry’s Otley and the West Leeds Academy, we are also due to implement it in Lawnswood & Woodkirk.
The product is just developed for high schools at the moment, but we are close to launching into both primary and independent schools early next year. We have just set-up as a school company, Schools Opt-in Limited.
We are a Wakefield based company and truly believe this product will revolutionise schools in the Yorkshire area and beyond. We are quite happy to sell to individual schools within the Wakefield area, but could offer much better term the local education authorities.

Omni Progress Tracker (OPT) is an easy-to-use web-based Individual Learning Plan (ILP) application for schools. It allows school staff and teachers to monitor, assess and analyse their students' performances, helping them to identify issues and intervene if necessary, enabling a much higher level of attention to be given to students than through standard reporting systems and procedures.
It brings together in one place – a student profile page – all the data on each student held by the school or college, from their grades through to their attendance records and disciplinary issues. This delivers a better quality of information to teachers and provides them with a greater holistic view of individuals or groups of students.
Teachers are provided with a global view of the students' assessments and individual assessment criteria, enabling vastly improved management and increased transparency at all levels within an educational establishment. Bringing all the data from different sources together into a one-stop-shop such as this provides advantages in efficiency and effectiveness in reporting.
Teachers are able to add and edit information when necessary on pupil, class and house performance, and are able to send and receive messages to other teachers and staff members regarding student performance and behaviour. The system’s flexibility provides information in a variety of formats that can be viewed, edited and printed.
Each student's page provides a variety of details on his or her individual performance. It is easy for them and their teachers to identify where they are succeeding and where they can improve, both academically and pastorally. Teachers are also provided with statistics on their classes, by subject, any students for which they are ‘coaches’, and their houses.
OPT has some very strong features, which make it much more cost and time-efficient than traditional reporting methods. These include:
